Full Circle Arts are a Disability Arts Development Agency that is funded by Arts Council England North West and part of that funding is to run this site as the regional online resource for Disability arts and access to the arts for Disabled People. Our site contains lots of uesful information including job opportunites, news and an accessible venues searchable database. You can also search for disabled artists on our artist database.
